Plain terms for Lullasure.

Lullasure plays sleep sounds and provides estimated sound-level comparisons. It is not a baby monitor, medical device, certified sound-level meter, diagnosis, emergency service, or guarantee of infant safety. Keep phones, speakers, chargers, and cords outside the crib and follow the instructions of qualified health professionals.

The app shows the exact storefront price before purchase. Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple account. A subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the app features offered under that product.

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed into the Apple account that made the purchase. Refunds, billing, subscription management, and payment processing are handled by Apple under its policies.

Two-iPhone pairing is intended for devices you control or have permission to use. Do not use it for covert listening. Lullasure transmits numeric readings and playback controls over an encrypted nearby connection; it does not transmit microphone audio.

Device hardware, iOS behavior, permissions, wireless conditions, and App Store availability can affect operation. We may update the app to maintain compatibility, accuracy disclosures, security, or legal compliance.
