Microphone access is off

Playback does not need microphone access. Check does. In Lullasure, open Check and tap Open Lullasure Settings, then enable Microphone. Return to Lullasure and start the check again.

Restore a purchase

Open Lullasure Pro and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase. Lullasure has no separate login and never receives your payment details.

Test two-iPhone pairing

  1. Install and open Lullasure on both iPhones. Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
  2. Allow Local Network access when iOS asks on both phones.
  3. On the phone with Pro, open Two iPhones and choose Use as Source.
  4. On the other phone, open Two iPhones, enter the six-digit code, and choose Connect as Meter.
  5. Keep the phones nearby. The Meter does not need a purchase or an account.
If pairing stalls: confirm both phones have Local Network access in Settings, keep this screen open on both phones, tap Start over, and create a new code.

Background playback

A sleep sound continues when Lullasure is backgrounded or the screen locks. It stops when you tap Stop, its timer ends, the output route changes in a way that interrupts playback, or iOS gives audio control to another app. Check uses the microphone only after you start it and stops when you leave the Check screen.

What a reading means

A Lullasure reading is an estimate for comparing placements and settings. It is not a certified measurement, medical advice, or a guarantee that a sound level is safe for an infant.
